SUCCESS TUDAY is available in your community this year. We are committed to awakening the positive energies of students, parents, educators and members of the business community, in order for students' opportunities to succeed in life.

We would like to form a SUCCESS TUDAY Committee in your area. The SUCCESS TUDAY Committee consists of community people who have demonstrated a sincere effort to be involved in inspiring, informing and motivating students. Accordingly, we make available the following SUCCESS TUDAY seminars. Carefully selected guest speakers who are community leaders from a variety of fields are to present information on:

careers

communication skills

the value of education and personal life experience

the rewards of hard work and dedication to a given task

Format for every SUCCESS TUDAY event is:

1. Introduction of program host. Brief remarks to students by host (about program)

2. Host's introduction of guests.

3. Brief remarks by guests to students.

4. Open discussion between guests and students, with host moderating.

5. Host's thank you to guests, return program to principal for close.

Program Evaluation, Dissemination and Adequacy of Resources

1. Evaluation will be on-going at the school level, a built-in measure of the success of the program will be the graduation of a majority of the students who participated in the various program activities.

2. Dissemination of the purpose and activities of this program will depend on several factors:

The availibility of media resources

The infusion of the SUCCESS TUDAY philosophy

The participation of parents, communities, and business

The quality of Key Personnel

It is up to us to turn around drug abuse, suicide, illiteracy, teen pregnancies, dropouts and everything else attacking our youth. We begin by uplifting the self-esteem of each individual and help them understand they're important, they're needed, that they are America's solution.

A National Response to an Epidemic of Aggression

Washington, DC – April 25, 2006 --LeRoy Minson, President of TUDAY Ministries located in Santa Monica, CA and New York City has announced a program, which addresses the rising incidents of potential school violence occurring throughout America.  Incidents were highlighted last week with the arrest of students in Kansas, Alaska and Washington State. TUDAY seeks to inform and reassure students, parents and educators. TUDAY is The Urban Domestic Affairs of the Young.

In debuting a new TUDAY program titled, KIDS: SaveThemSaveUs, Mr. Minson, a school counselor for the Jersey City, NJ school system and licensed psycho therapist addresses our disinterest and detachment from youth, as a nation, as part of the problem we face. “Kids know that we don’t care about them as a society. They watch what our focus is on and clearly it’s not them, therefore they’re left to fend for their own identity, find love and some one to care about them. They want and need someone to monitor their actions and provide appropriate discipline. They really don’t want to raise themselves, parents must connect more where and when possible”, concludes TUDAY’s president.

TUDAY founder, Rev. Bill Minson has prepared a “KIDS; SaveThemSaveUs 10 Point Doctrine” stressing how they should proceed in their daily lives when it comes to school and community, also reassuring them that help is always nearby.

Later this week Rev. Bill Minson will meet with Capitol Hill legislators seeking their help to become a youth emissary, providing awareness throughout the country so that warning signs can be identified and bloodshed spared.

LeRoy Minson has been presenting TUDAY’s COALITION FOR CHRIST ministry in New Jersey juvenile institutions for the last four years. SUCCESS TUDAY’s package of programs to inspire, inform and motivate youth began in Baltimore in 1979. Reverend Bill Minson has served as a consultant to Baltimore, MD, New York City and Los Angeles school superintendents. He is also a member of Los Angeles based HOPE’S NEST which recently opened the Sheriff’s Leadership Academy under the auspices of Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca.

The Baltimore Sun called Rev. Bill a compassionate champion of the young in 1980; he received a commendation from President Ronald Reagan. TUDAY is The Urban Domestic Affairs of the Young, located in Santa Monica, CA and New York City.

Re: WTC Memorial Foundation Fundraising

Securing funds to develop and complete the memorial to be built in remembrance of those lost on September 11^th at the WTC site is of paramount importance. Therefore, respectfully I ask that you consider a few of my unique qualifications to serve in this capacity and my 9/11 record of service to date, which may influence potential donors.

• Served as a Red Cross chaplain working with family members, responders, etc. at Family Assistance centers from the Armory to

• Debriefed high percentage of Red Cross chaplains, some mental health and NYPD

• Provided spiritual care at the morgue as remains were received and inspected

• Handled special projects for Mayor Giuliani’s Commissioner Rosemary O’Keefe.

• Notified family members confirming identification of remains

• Escorted and comforted family members visiting Ground Zero viewing site

• Became a chaplain at Ground Zero for the Salvation Army

• Began ALL ABOUT HEALING program at Ground Zero, program continues today.

• Delivered final prayer in the Taj Mahal (Ground Zero support center) at recovery end.

• Created WE REMEMBER WALKS to show the faces of those lost on September 11^th

• ‘New Yorker of the Week’ for service to 9/11 families, Time Warner’s NY1 television

• Have appeared in international publications related to 9/11 service and activities

• One of three clergy to consecrate and bless Ground Zero as Holy Ground at the families’ request.

• Brought WTC, Pentagon, Flight #93 and airline families together for the first time

• Created BECOME A HERO: NOT A THUG (please see tuday.net) challenging students to step into the professional shoes of those lost in the 9/11 attacks, honoring their memory

• 9/15/01, established 12noon daily united prayers for 9/11 Families, Military, First Responders. Prayers continue daily at noon as PRAYAMERICAPRAY

• Nearly five years of uninterrupted spiritual care to family members coast to coast

• Have received and reminded family members every September 11, in the pit, that I continue to pray for them everyday as promised in 2001.

• At the invitation of the Mayor of Oklahoma City spoke to their City Council thanking them on behalf of New York for their outstanding service to victims’ families.

• Currently working with 9/11, Oklahoma City, Katrina families and US Military

• Maintain a Capitol Hill presence on various issues

• Wealth of historical footage of my 9/11 work exists in various archives

• Service has been provided voluntarily at no cost to the city or state of New York

Bill Minson enjoys a dual career of 28 years in ministry and over 40 years in entertainment and media including appearing on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. He was a producer on America’s first national radio phone-in show NIGHTCALL, produced by the National Council of Churches. Bill reported for various New York radio stations during the Poor People’s Campaign in Washington D.C., from Resurrection City in Washington D.C., Martin Luther King Jrs.  funeral, interviewing presidential candidates Richard Nixon and Eugene McCarthy in the basement of the Ebenezer Baptist Church.  Bill also hosted Religion on the Line for NY’s WWRL and was Producer/host of the ACHIEVERS on TV’s Motivation Network.

Bill sold Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus their first African-American act (King Charles Troupe) in 99 years. He was director of advertising and public relations for the world famous Apollo Theater, producer/publicist for the Newport Jazz Festival. As an agent for International Creative Management Bill represented & serviced clients David Ruffin, KC & the Sunshine Band, Steve McQueen, Margaux Hemingway, Raquel Welsh, Ohio Players, Al Green, Natalie Cole, Engelbert Humperdink, the Fifth Dimension and others.

RevBill has several film, documentary and television projects in development, including GO?REV?GO. The reality series follows the life of a boutique ministry (TUDAY Ministries) and a minister whose church has no walls. TUDAY is The Urban Domestic Affairs of the Young. RevBill is enjoying his 28^th year in service to GOD. TUDAY Ministries has been financed by Rev. Bill’s work in media, entertainment and a very few extremely loyal friends.

Rev. Bill joined 9/11 family members, rescue, recovery workers and others at the 10^th Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony in Oklahoma City on April 19^th, 2005. Since  September 13, 2001 RevBill has served families, survivors, workers and volunteers affected by the 9/11 attacks.(Red Cross & Salvation Army chaplain) This year he will produce the 5^th annual WE REMEMBER WALKS in Los Angeles, CA, Arlington, VA and New York City (please see Smdp.com August 12, 2004/Washpost.com Sept. 24, 2006) in remembrance of all lost. RevBill is currently providing ALL ABOUT HEALING programs for family members and others. ALL ABOUT HEALING is a program created and produced at Ground Zero, NYC. Prayamericapray.us/911_remember_03.htm is RevBill’s campaign to provide prayer each day at 12 noon for U.S. & coalition military and all first responders.  RevBill’s 5 year’s of 9/11 service has been provided as a volunteer. In 2006 TUDAY initiated “PACKAGE FOR AMERICA” SaveThemSaveUS: KIDS/1^st Responders with Congressional support.

9/11 and Oklahoma City family members have heartily accepted RevBill’s invitation to encourage and support our military families with visits and dialogue at military installations throughout the US. A Valentine’s Day tribute was given at Ground Zero with service members accepting words of thanks and gratitude from 9/11 family members. Similar events are planned at Ground Zero during “Fleet Week” in NYC in 2006. Dubbed, “a compassionate champion of the young”, by a prominent Baltimore, Md. newspaper in 1980, RevBill launched, “BECOME A HERO, NOT A THUG” (please see TUDAY.net) in April 2005 with a website made possible through a US Department of Justice grant. The program is aimed at delivering positive messages,

opportunities and alternatives for young people making critical decisions everyday. The SUCCESS TUDAY program to motivate, inspire and inform students began in 1979 with RevBill serving as consultant to education superintendents in Baltimore, Los Angeles and New York City schools. President Reagan presented a commendation to RevBill for his youth work.
